Cog news update

Well, not much activity on the blog, however it's business as usual here at Cog. Lots of muddy riding and some Winter projects coming to fruition.

Still social rides happening, mostly Sunday rides, some of which are women only. Thursday night rides have been on hold for a little while due to Damo's absense and the wet weather. Call if you want to find out more, ph 9736 4999

Racing, Libby and Damo competed at Castlemaine recently. The 6 hour enduro with film night and 16 inch races under lights. What a great weekend, albeit very cold. There will be 2 COG teams competing in the 7 hour at Lysterfield, (Chase the sun series) There will be 1 team of 3 women and 1 team of 3 blokes. 4 handmade Cog bikes are in the teams, if fact the mens team is all steel hardtail Cog bikes.

On the Cog Bicycles front, there is lots happening. Some new custom colours, wait for the new METALLIC CELLERY 'If 6 were 9', 96er cross country weapon of pleasure! In fact Damo is building a medium size demo bike. Call or e-mail if you are interested in having a ride or even racing it.

Singlespeed World Championships will be contested in Aviemore, Scotland this year and Damo is heading over to represent. Check out be_heard@sswc2007.com for more. They are on the weekend of 1st and 2nd Sept.
